Welcome back to the Mark on 8th Apartments Blog! It’s no secret that sometimes we don’t have time for breakfast. Between work, projects, errands, and family responsibilities, sometimes we forget the most important meal. With a few ingredients, including some seasonal ones, you can whip up this yummy breakfast the night before! These ingredients can be easily found at your local Seattle grocery store and can also be bought in bulk. Saving time and money on breakfast saves money for fun dinners with friends or drinks on the weekend!
